Liam’s passion for the industry lead him to take over Guardian Real Estate Brokerage in 2013, after pursuing a successful 9 year career with one of Ottawa’s largest brokerages. Driven by a need to change the status quo, he freshened up the company brand to reflect his vision of the future of real estate in Ottawa, and began to recruit like-minded realtors.
