My journey to become an entrepreneur began at age 15. I worked at, managed and eventually owned a successful landscaping company, learning first hand that teamwork and a desire to change and innovate make the best platform to build a business on.

Today I’m actively involved in cultivating a progressive workplace environment and I measure its success by the level of cooperation and professionalism achieved. I have a strong appetite for learning, and believe strongly in challenging the status quo in order to grow and remain at the top of my game.

This is at the core of our company and how things are done. After nine successful years with one of Ottawa’s largest brokerages, I took over the company now known as Plum Realty. In doing so, I focussed on two simple priorities: Hire the most talented and dynamic agents in the city and elevate the standard in real estate.

We are achieving these goals every day. Plum Realty has grown five times in size and revenue in the past year alone. We have gone from a small Manotick operation to a major player in the capital region. I proudly lead what I believe to be some of the most successful, knowledgeable, and hard-working realtors in Ottawa. We are always looking to grow our team and work with people who want to taste and share our vision.

The eyes of the 15 year old landscaping company owner are a little wiser today but as wide as ever with excitement for Plum Realty and the bright future ahead.
